Go to the Character Profiles board and click new thread. Make sure you read the rules first and use the form stickied in the character profiles board.

What is the difference between a clan and a herd? Are there different herds in each clan?

Yup, that is the difference. Clans have more than one herd each (though for now there is only one territory in each clan area) and everyone in the clan, no matter what herd they are in, are allies. Herds are individual groups of that clan.

I've had this in my head since I posted my Lion's profile.
In his profile, I included a Realm of Darkness in his history. This Realm is different from the environment that surrounds it. For example, in the Savannah, where Mokosana once lived, there was a Swamp. In a tundra, the entrance to the Realm of Darkness would be a patch of desert. Anyway, this Realm of Darkness is in each continant, each one connected to the other. There are portals; the West of each area contains one, and you have to say/think where you are headed, which Realm you wish to travel to. Each Realm is as it appears, up close and indistant; if it looks like a patch of desert, it's a patch of desert, if it looks like a swamp, it's a swamp. There is even one in the sea; The water is breathable, even to those without gills, so expect to see a pelican amongst the sharks.
I have placed this under the Questions area because I want to know if this is a good idea or not, should this be an RP topic, is this good enough to make a category or at least a board of...? Or is it so bad I should just eat Febreze and keep these stupid thoughts away?

I live the idea, but it sorta doesn't fit with the site. I want this site to be more realistic than fantasy. Sure, animals like wolves and rabbits wouldn't be friends in the real world, and the whole thing with the guardians and spirits and the fact that rainforest animals can live comfortably in the desert in this rp does make it somewhat fantasy, but I want to keep it more real-based. That is a great idea though. Maybe you could use that as a plot if you start your own rpg forum.

Who is the MoTM? I've been here for a bit and it's never been announced.
Dumb question but...yeah...

lol There isn't one. Actually, until you said that, I totally forgot about it. xD I suppose I should pick one soon. We haven't had a lot of activity though since the forum is still pretty new, so there's not a lot of members to pick from, either.

If you mean what animals are allowed, all animals are allowed. From mice to elephants, ants to whales. Marine animals, insects, land walkers, and even animals that have been extinct for 100 years or less can be played!
As for what animals we currently have, we have a fair variety. A couple lizards, some owls, wolves, big cats, whales, sharks, and that's just a few. On Vital Breath's front page, up at the top of the page there is a box that says "Males" and one that says "Females" Take a look under there to see what species are currently being played. The name is listed first, with a link to the profile in it, then the species, clan, and finally who they are being played by.

I've got a question. Could Zeal claim Zilanthin or has someone already called it?

Yep, that's fine. No one has asked for it.

Find a photo you want to use, upload it to an image host like Photobucket or Image shack. Then once it is uploaded, you should see next to your uploaded pic, a selection for different codes for your image. Just select the code that says IMG Code and copy that to your post. Or if you have a direct url link to the image, just put [ IMG ] Your image here [ /IMG ] just remove the spaces between the brackets and place the code in the middle where it says your image here..
Hope that helps... ;D
