Name: Liz
Age: Adult
Gender: Female
Clan: neutral
Herd: none
Mate: none
Friends: none
Family: Unknown
Species: Komodo dragon
Physical Description: Liz is nine feet in length and weighs a good 174 lbs, putting her on the larger size of her species. Her sharp claws extend to a good two inches and aren't really used for scratching as for digging into the ground when fleeing. She has a sleek body and drags her tail when she walks. Liz has a dark gray coloring which seems to help with blending in at night. She flicks her blood red forked tongue out constantly to taste and even smell animals before she even sees them. Sneaking up on her will be very hard because of this. As she walks she moves her head from side to side. Moving her head from side to side helps in picking up other animals and tracking down wounded prey. When she opens up her mouth, she exposes her extreamly toxic saliva which will start to work on the targeted animal once it has been bitten. Ocasionally it will dribble out of her mouth, but she doesn't care, it helps intimidate enemies.
Personality: Liz is a wise lizard for her age. She has traveled and experienced much in her life so far that she couldn't but help learn new things and become wise. She's not easily ticked off but if you do manage to do so she won't be afraid to tell you so. She often gives advice whether or not the animal wants some and generally sticks to herself. Being alone is perfectly fine with this lizard, and she couldn't care less if no one was her friend. She loves to sunbath in the sun and can be found in the morning sprawled out on the ground in a nice warm sunray.
Meat is her friend and will always be her friend. She often sees other animals she meets and talks to daily as meat and in times of hunger will seek out ones she has met before and determine whether or not to have them as lunch. You may call her coldhearted for doing this, but she tends to call it surviving and not starving to death. She can be a bit adventurous at times and can be seen exploring areas of interest to her.
History: Once Liz was hatched, she didn't stick around for long. She was off on her own little adventure and no one was going to stop her. She wandered her island until she knew ever corner, cave, and tree on it. She had been watching the humans come in wondrous wooden trees that floated on the water and wished she could go with them when they left. One day she was given that chance. A tree, or a wooden boat came to the island with a tarp in the back. While the humans were away, she snuck on board and snuck under the blue, warm tarp. Needless to say she fell asleep and when she awoke she was staring one of the humans in the face. She never realized how ugly humans were until she was up close.
There were screams and shouts and Liz just knew she had to get out of there as fast as possible. She quickly jumped over the side and her claws made contact with the hard cold ground. She was in a new place that she didn't recognize. Hearing the shouts again, Liz quickly made a beeline into the unfamiliar land and has been roaming ever since.
