A mass of snowy white lay in the lush grass, darkened by the shade of the tree. The critter lay against the wind, upon his stomach, with the winds pushing his silky white mane to his face. Four, nasty scars were the marks upon the left of his face, the bit of mohawk drooping just a tad over the opposite side. A jagged scar decorated his right leg; it was widest at the shoulder, much thinner down near the paw. There didn't seem to be any pain, however, as he was sleeping easily.
The blood red eyes that opened stood out against the white, dark, crimson pupils slitted. Soft, white ears twitching, the creature rose to a sitting position, tossing the silky, snowy mane. That mohawk seemed to flare due to the strong gusts of wind. It looked ridiculous, honestly. This lion was, apparently, a wanderer; a nomad. He looked rough, like a murderer, or at least someone whose intentions were no good. If you were to judge this book by its cover, you would be thinking the exact opposite of what was inside.

Hye: 8D *ruffles his mohawk and braids his mane* Mokosana: -_- Are you even braiding it right? Hye: Nope! ^o^ But, I can't help it. White hair rocks, and, and, and, your mohawk is cute... Mokosana: -_-;; God, help me.
^ To amuse you.

Flash crouched flat against the ground with his ears flat against his back. With the minimal cover that this area offered, his ability to fold his enormous legs and ears down into a huddled pile of fur was essential to escape the notice of predators. He could easily have fit underneath one of the small bushes that dotted the landscape, but hiding anywhere but plain sight was for rabbits and cowards. Not hares… especially the claustrophobic ones. Most were though. He raised his ears and rotated them in every direction, listening for any sign of a predator. His whiskers twitched and his legs quivered. All clear here. He leapt joyfully into the air, twisting in mid-jump to come down facing the opposite direction. As soon as his feet touched the ground he jumped again, bounding across the hillside like a miniature kangaroo. Eh, what’s that big white thing? He came back down to earth with a loud thump, staring at the mound of white fur.
