Alright ya'll this is the first Newsletter in Vital Breath history. So yes, that does make this somewhat special in some sort of way. Alright, getting down to business, Shadowcat has a new contest for us. It's called "TESTNAME" and everyone is welcome to partake in it. What you get to do is create your very own holiday for Amanija! The winner’s holidays will be made into real holidays for Amanija and they will even get some prizes too. This link will give you more info on the contest: vitalbreath.proboards103.com/index.cgi?board=contests&action=display&thread=187
Our admin has also created a thread for us to give suggestions on what the loner lands should look like. So drop on by and give your suggestion, you never know, it just might be used. The link for the thread is right here: vitalbreath.proboards103.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=186
And now we get to what some of you have been waiting for. The Character and member of the month. Here they are:
CotM Winner: character Bob played by member Fred
MotM winner: Member Mary
Give a round of applause to those guys, they've earned it.
Now we get to the final part of the newsletter that consists of where the members send in their own works of art or writing. This is the place where you go to show off some of your work, and for others to enjoy and/or admire it. First, I would like to show you a poem made by our very own admin, Shadowcat.
"We love animals, yes we do, we love animals how about you?"
Next, we have the story written by a fellow member that we all know as Cat.
"Once there was a girl who loved her toy stuffed bunny. She played with the stuffed bunny all the time, but one day she couldn't find it. She asked everyone if they had seen it but no one had. She went home very sad, but then noticed something sitting on her bedside table. It was her stuffed bunny! Her mom had taken it to fix the little tear in the arm. But the bunny was back now, and he was all fixed up. The girl was very happy, so she had a tea party with her bunny. The End."
And so this concludes the very first Newsletter (test). Hope you all enjoyed it and remember you can send in your own works of art and stories. Just send me the link to the drawing, or send me the full written up version of your story. That's it for now guys, see you next month.
