Name: Abalar
Age: Young (5 years)
Gender: Male
Clan: Sasukaeill
Herd: Land of Sea
Mate: None
Friends: Zane the zebra
Species: Horse, Fresian
Physical Description: Powerfully built and muscular. Solid black, except patch of white around right eye, and a white stripe down the center of his forelock. Height is (for horse people) 17.2hh, or (for non horse people) around 6ft at the base of his neck. His mane, tail, and forelock are long. Abalar has large hooves, which are also solid black.
Personality: He is friendly but also very defencive. Abalar will use his size and build to intimidate any animal who stands in his way. He can be very proud, which makes him easy to humiliate. However, he does not have a large ego. He was raised well by his parents, which makes him a good friend, and very animal-friendly. If he would ever have a mate, he would be very defencive of her, and always understanding and protecting. Abalar enjoys time by himself, often running through the forests at high speeds, or standing on a hill, watching the night sky.
History: Born and raised here, Abalar knows the haven well. Both of his parents are dead, and he never had any siblings. He gets his size from his father, his colour from his mother. He spent a great deal of time with his parents, and when they died, he was hit hard. Abalar was only 3. That is why often, on a clear night, you can find him standing on a ridge or hill, looking up at the sky, unmoving. However, as he grew older, and as two years passed, he learned to cope, and no longer grieves for them.
Role Play Sample: It was a clear, windless, summer's night. Abalar stood on a hill, looking up at the night sky. If it hadn't been for the full moon, he would be almost invisible, because Abalar was that dark a black. "I miss you guys," he whispered, up to the moon. Reflected in his eyes was the sadness he felt, the years that he should have been able to spend with his mother and father. His emotions then turned to anger at this thought, but quickly disappeared as a falling star streaked across the sky. "I love you too," was Abalar's reply. With that, he turned quickly and trotted down the hill. When at the bottom, he galloped through the hills, as fast as he could.
