The wind gusted quickly across the grass as a lone bird slowly made his way across the land. He was deep in his thoughts now as he walked along. He looked up with his blue eyes . He slowly scanned the land for any other creatures. He did not see any but he could hear them way off in the distance. the peafowl sighed as he wondered if the sounds that he now heard was just his past coming back . He looked down at his feet . The memories of his past were always so haunting to him. Pension knew that he would have to try to forget. But how could he forget something so bad he did not know but he knew that he had to somehow. Pension looked around again. he was feeling like some creature was here but he just sighed again . Pension knew that it was only his mind playing tricks on him again. He continued to walk along the land every once in a while he would have to walk around a random bush or shrub. Then he looked up at the darking sky . He did not see the small thorny shrub that was there. Suddenly he stumble into the shrub he felt the Sharp thorns stab into his leg He cringed in pain as he stumbled back to see what had happened . Then he saw the shrub there and shook his head at his own foolishness. Then Pension stopped to look around at the land and see witch way he should go once his leg had stopped hurting .

Falcon was flying at about a kilometre high in the air, looking down at the ground. He had been watching the peafowl for a short while, the only thing that had attracted his attention was the brightly coloured plumage that the other bird carried. The other bird was quite large too, which allowed Falcon to stay at this altitude. However, he soon felt the need for a closer inspection, so he tucked a wing in and rolled right into a dive. He fell like this for 500 metres, then brought himself out of his dive. Falcon began circling the peafowl, like a vulture around a carcass. However, the peregrine had no intention of eating the peafowl; he much preferred the taste of rabbit or dove.
He noticed the peafowl look around; it must have sensed the peregrine’s presence. “At least he knows how to stay alive,” Falcon thought. As he circled, Falcon dropped another 200 metres, intentionally mind. He noticed there wasn’t much in the way of trees, and the shrubs looked a little dangerous for his sake, but he wanted to make his presence known to the other, so Falcon decided to land on the ground.
He dropped the remaining 300 metres and landed a foot away from the peafowl. He shook his feathers to make sure he hadn’t lost any, or if any had shifted; none had, much to his pleasure. “Hello,” Falcon said.

The wind blew the grass across from Pension again and he looked around now he was sure that there was some creature here.Pension slowly put his wait on his now sore leg as he got ready to walk some more. When he spotted another bird land near him Pension was not sure what kind of bird it was . Pension looked at the bird for a few seconds then he heard the bird speak to him.He was a bit surprised but he did not show it. He was not sure what to say to the other bird when he spoke to him.
Pension thought for a second he was not used to talking to others very often. "Well come on Pension say something to him for there is no reason to be rude. "Pension thought to him self. He did not want his shy nature to get the best of him . He looked at the other bird and said nervously" uhhh...h...hello."

When Falcon landed next to the peafowl, he noticed the other bird's leg. "I wonder how he did that," Falcon thought to himself. He began preening himself, but paused when the other took some time before responding. When he did, the peafowl didn't sound very confident. Falcon went back to preening himself in an attempt to make the other bird feel more comfortable; he was going for a casual atmosphere, something that Falcon preferred himself. However, when the other didn't continue, Falcon sensed that he was not an extroverted bird, like himself. He realized that he would be the one making most of the conversation. Falcon would also probably have to choose his words carefully, as he was trying to create a friendly atmosphere. He stopped preening himself.
"The name's Falcon," the peregrine said, dipping his head. "Nice sunny day isn't it?"
Falcon glanced at the sky, making sure that it was in fact sunny, and not overcast. He confirmed his statement, and let a slight sigh of relief escape his beak. He hated looking stupid or incompetent. A slight gust of wind blew through the Valley, ruffling Falcon's feathers. When it had past, he shook in an attempt to get them to sit straight again; it only proved slight successful. He went back to preening himself, trying to get the more stubborn feathers to lie flat.

The wind blew again across the valley making the grass rustle. Pension looked over in the direction of the sound. Then he looked back to the bird. Pension shifted slightly trying to keep most of his wait on his good leg .He was trying to calm down enough to where he could have a conversation with this bird. Pension looked up for a second then he looked back at the other bird. He was trying to think of something more he could say . As if to answer his thoughts the other bird spoke to him . He thought for a second before he could get his nerve up to answer the bird's question.
''Y..yes i...it is a.. very nice ..day.'' Pension thought for a second more before he added '' M..my name...is p...Pension.'' He was trying not to seem rude or anything but he was just so shy it was really hard for him to talk clearly to others when they talked to him.

Suddenly, a tiny ball of fur came running across the ground at a high speed. It ran right past the two birds, not seeming to notice them. Then, it stopped and turned to face them, only now realizing they were even there. The tiny mouse looked at the two curiously. He stood up his hind legs and sniffed at the air, trying to learn more about them by scent.
"Heeeeey," he said, as if just realizing something, "what're you two doing out here?" He blinked and looked at them expectantly. His question wasn't because he was the owner of this land or because it was odd to see them out here, but because he was curious.
"Hey! Hey! Hey! Are you like out on a secret spy mission or something?!" Tarmo asked excitedly as he ran back and forth for a moment before stopping again. "And you're out here looking for the enemy," he said, sneaking across the ground as if acting out what he was saying. "And when you find them you're going to interrogate them and then you're gonna have this big fight," here he bit and clawed at the air. "Then you're gonna do this cool move and defeat them!" He jumped into the air and tried to do a spin, but ended up landing on his back. It didn't hurt him, and he quickly got back to his feet, looking from one bird to the other to see if his guess was right. Deep down inside, a part of him knew that was ridiculous.

Falcon heard a noise down by his feet. He glanced around, trying to locate where the noise was coming from. When his eyes fell on the mouse, he felt the urge to kill it, as he was only recently new to this place and hadn't gotten used to not killing things that talked to him. However, Falcon did not give into this urge, and mentally told himself that this mouthful wasn't worth the energy.
In spite of that feeling, Falcon smiled at the mouse when it thought they were on a "secret mission or something". Falcon liked this mouse, not for food purposes though. He seemed spunky enough. "Well, if I told you we were on a secret mission, it wouldn't be a secret anymore would it?" Falcon said after the mouse had finished. He wasn't going to undermine this mouse for being silly, it wasn't his ways.
"Oh, but you you forgot the best part," Falcon said glancing at Pension. He was going to let the mouse get all excited, and try to guess what he had missed in his entertaining skit. Falcon liked th sound of pretending, even for a little while. Life had gotten a little drab as of late, and he wanted to spice it up a bit.

Pension was starting to feel alot more calmer now . Slowly he was convincing himself to relax. This was very hard for the shy bird to do.Pension moved his leg again. It had stopped hurting now and was feeling better.Pension saw something move across the ground at a very fast pace.Pension looked down and saw that it was a mouse. ''So many creatures live here in peace. '' he thought to himself.
Pension listened to the mouse ask his questions. He could tell that the mouse seemed rather excited at the idea of them being after a spy of some sort.He thought that the mouse playing out his talk was rather amusing. He listened as falcon seemed to play along with the mouse's idea. Then pension saw Falcon glance at him. Pension did not know what to say thought so he remained quiet for the moment.

When one of the birds posed a rhetorical question, Tarmo looked at him curiously, as if it took a moment for his brain to process the information. He hadn't really thought of the fact that, even if they were on a secret mission, they may not tell him. However, this sharp-beaked bird's words only encouraged the tiny animal.
"Oooooh," he said slyly, grinning mischievously as he stood on his hind feet on and looked up at the feathered creature. "So you are on a secret mission. But hey, you can tell me! I'm good with secrets!" Here, he started running back and forth once more from the excitement. "Yep! I would never tell a soul! I sure can keep my mouth shut! I know how but a lot of animals don't but I do!" He rattled on. Although, the truth of the matter was, Tarmo couldn't keep his mouth shut if his life depended on it. He was known by many for spreading gossip around, but he didn't do it on purpose. Secrets just made him too excited to stay quiet.
At the next words of the hunter-bird, for Tarmo did not know what exactly this kind of bird was called, he merely knew they were great hunters, the little mouse looked like he might have a heart attack from excitement any moment. He gasped excitedly and followed the hunter-bird's gaze to the colorful-bird. He looked back and forth between them, frantically trying to figure out what their secret could be.
"What?! What what?! What's the best part?! I wanna know! I wanna know!" The rodent squealed, full of energy. The hyper little animal noticed every movement, every sound that these two aviaries made. He was alert for any signs of what their secrets could be. In an instant, Tarmo had thought of mountains upon mountains of possibilities, many of which could never in anyway be a possibility.

Something told Falcon that this mouse was not that great at keeping secrets as he professed to be. It couldn't have been the mouse's large amount of energy, not in the least. In an attempt to quieten him, Falcon extended a wing and placed the longer flight feathers over his tiny mouth. All Falcon was trying to do was to get the mouse even more excited. He was very entertained by this mouse, and he was really just looking for something to do for the rest of the day that didn't involve sleeping.
"Well, my dear mouse, all great adventures never involve just two heroes. The famous group always involves at least three partners. You know, ones who watch their back," Falcon said. As he finished his sentence he quickly jumped behind Pension's back and peeked around him, looking at the mouse. "That way, no one gets left behind." He then jumped back to his old position. He was really starting to enjoy himself, and he noticed that Pension was actually starting to settle down a bit. "But of course, since we aren't on a secret mission or anything," Falcon said, winking at the mouse. "I guess we'll just have to go on our not-secret-mission ourselves..." he paused, waiting to see if the mouse got it.
"We won't be able to go by our own names though. That could cause... certain events to happen that we won't be needing," Falcon said, turning to Pension. "I'll go by Divum I think."

Pension took a deep beath and slowly let it out. He was trying to calm down futher. to his suprise this method was working very well.Pension was now calmer. He was not so nervous and had relaxed for the time beging.Pension could see that the mouse was a very excitable creature. He was listing to the two as they talked to each other. He was starting to think that Falcon was liking to get the mouse all excited at this point. Pension found it entertaining himself. He watched Falcon as he spoke to the mouse. When he jumped behind him pension felt the urge to jerk away. But he remained still as he did not want to ruin the whole little game. When Falcon said that they would have to go by a different name Pension nodded. He thought for a few seconds before he spoke.''...Uhh yes you... are right . We ... would ....not ....want ...that...'' Pension said trying not to sound so shy now. '' Uhhh... I .. think ... that ..I'll.... be ...called Conner'' Pension said .It was the first thing that came to his mind . He was not very good at playing along with others but he was trying to the best that he could.

When Tarmo was shushed with a wing, he simply looked up at the hunter-bird curiously. He didn't understand why he was being quieted at first, but then he took it as a silencing to keep the "enemy," whoever the enemy was, to keep from hearing. As he thought of this, his eyes widened and his ears twitched, listening for any sign of the "enemy."
At the mention of "three partners," the little brown field mouse looked positively overjoyed. "YOU MEAN I CAN BE A SPY TOO?!" He shouted excitedly, although his voice was not very loud even then. He was a mouse, after all. But oh how wonderful it would be to be a spy! He would get to do all kinds of secret missions and special spy moves, and maybe he'd even have to battle a big, tough rhinoceros or bear and win! After all, he had fought a tiger and one before. Little did he know that that tiger, who was and is to this moment his best friend, let him win. He did not realize the whole spy mission was really a game, but, had he realized it, he would have been just as eager to play along.
His nose and whiskers twitching from his hyper-energy, Tarmo was confused when the hunter-bird talked about a not-secret-mission. If the mission wasn't secret, where was the fun in it? It was then when he, along with the other relatively silent bird spoke of the names they would go by that he understood. He grinned slyly and whispered an, "oooooh, right" of understanding. "Umm I'll be.... Oh oh oh! I'll be F.O.D.!" He said excitedly, the volume of his voice rising again. He bared his tiny, but sharp, teeth and tried to look menacing as he explained what his name stood for, "Fangs of Death!" The mouse stood on all fours, the fur on his back prickling and an attempt at a vicious look on his face. Where as it was indeed possible for some mice to achieve such a look, on Tarmo it looked like a pair of bunny slippers trying to be scary.

Falcon glared at the little mouse when she shouted out. It was all pretending, but if there had been a need for secrecy, the mouse would have blown their cover. "Well Conner and F.O.D. it seems that we have stumbled upon the greatest mystery of all time," he paused, letting the information sink in. "We have already established our names, but what of our roles? I know I would personally never fit into a whole, but I also know that Conner wouldn't either. So what do you think your roles should be?" Falcon asked as he looked from the mouse to the pea fowl.
"I know that this is all really exiting, but I can't stress enough the need for secrecy," again, Falcon paused. He scanned the area, appearing to be searching for something. "We have dallied long enough in this spot. I suggest we move before our enemy notices us." Falcon was trying really hard to make both the mouse and Pension interested in this new game. After all, it had been Pension who had been here first and Falcon had been the one to intrude on him. He didn't want either to dislike him.
Falcon began hopping away, using his wings to help him. Every time he jumped, he flapped, making his hops very long. He stopped after three hops, and turned to face the others. "Come on then!" he called.

Pension was now as relaxed as he could be at this point. He was stating to have fun now. Though he had never had much of any one to play with in a long time. At least he could get his mind off of his past. Pension was thinking hard now.Pension was tiring to understand where Falcon was going with this game . He saw Falcon give a glare when the mouse shouted. pension listened as Falcon began to speak about their'' mission.''He was starting to have fun now . ''And I thought that this was goning to be another lonely day. '' Pension thought to himself. When Falcon said that they would have to come up with a role. He gave him a puzzled look. He did not understand what Falcon mint. He choose not to answer the question for now. Pension listened to Falcon as he said that they would have to move . And they would need to he quiet. Pension slowly stated to follow falcon as he hopped along. He looked back to see if the mouse was following now.

Tarmo was now so excited with their game, although subconsciously, he was beginning to understand that it was only a game, that he was, for once, silent as "Divum" spoke. At the mention of roles, he thought for a moment, unsure of what his answered would be. Only when the two birds started to move did Tarmo snap out of his state of deep thought. Excitedly, he began following them at his usual start and stop, run and hop, movement.
"Oh boy! This is so excited!" The mouse squealed quietly, finally realizing the need for secrecy, for the time being. "Oh, and uh, I know my role! I'm gonna be the body guard!" He said, his voice becoming louder again. "I'll protect you two, and I'll beat up all the bad guys! Yeah, don't you worry! I'll beat them up real good! Just leave it to F.O.D.!" He said loudly. Suddenly realizing this, his ears drooped in an embarrassed fashion, and he looked around cautiously, for any spies on the opposing side. "Oh, sorry," he whispered.
Coming to a stop beside the falcon, Tarmo stood on his back legs and looked up at the bird curiously, showing no fear for the predator. "Oh, uh, shouldn't we tell ourselves our real names though? I mean, once we get some place secret. That way we can be sure in emergencies that we're not talking to an impostor," the rodent suggested. It was very unlike Tarmo to think this far ahead, or to give any amount of thought to anything, really. But he wanted to prove he would be the best spy he could be to help out his team mates.
((Sorry it's not the best. Low on muse with Tarmo.))
